Zuhair Murad is a Lebanese fashion designer who has been designing clothes since 1995. He is known for creating especially lavish designs which resemble clothes that might be worn by Egyptian princesses and Greek goddesses. His line currently consists of couture, bridals, ready-to-wear, men’s and accessories and is available across the globe.
Zuhair Murad credits himself for his love for perfection and we can see that in each piece he creates. A simple piece takes him 300 hours or more to create, whereas the grander ones take more time. The dress he created for Miley Cyrus to wear to the Oscars took a minimum of 1,000 hours to make. His dresses are perfect for someone looking for something glamorous to wear with a modern twist to it. His dresses ensure that the wearer stands out from the crowd because of the unique designs and materials he uses.
Zuhair Murad’s designs are currently sold in the U.S. and abroad. Despite all the fame he has received, and all the people who wear his dresses, from royalty to celebs, he still does not have a store in New York! We really wish he will open one soon. He also has plans to add beauty products, perfumes, swimwear, and lingerie to his brand.
