Miley got a new Tatoo :)

Miley Cyrus showed off her new tattoo on Twitter – an equal sign. The tattoo is located on her ring finger, one finger in from the pinky finger that houses her heart tattoo (the one that matches her mom’s.)

Microsoft Announces New Store – Which Celebrity Pop Singer Should Play the Opening?

Microsoft just announced that it will be opening a brand-new store in U Village. Exciting!
What’s more exciting, however, is the prospect of another pop-singer performance, a la Miley Cyrus, to christen the new store. Here are our top five suggestions for artists.
5. Rebecca Black. With the smash hit song “Friday,” 14-year-old Rebecca Black raised the bar for how terrible a song can be and still be listened to by millions of people. Black therefore could inspire Microsoft to take products like the Zune, Windows Vista, and the Mira and make them even worse, thus eventually forcing people to buy them out of pure irony.
4. Ke$ha. Auto-Tune pop goblin Ke$ha burst onto the music scene last year like Windows did in the ’80s. And like many of the outdated initiatives and software Microsoft unveils or acquires, her 15 minutes of fame are almost up.
3. Justin Bieber. The Bieb’s bang-tacular haircut is one of the few patented inventions that Microsoft can’t sue someone for copyright infringement over. Getting him onstage in front of a few Kinect 3D scanners might give the company a sneaky window into his ‘do’s dark secrets.
2. Miley Cyrus. Considering that Cyrus drew thousands of screaming fans to Microsoft’s last big store opening, having her back for the U Village opening would likely induce similar results. And since Microsoft hasn’t got a crowd of teenagers excited since, well. . . since the last time Cyrus did anything near one of their stores, it seems like a no-brainer.

Ashley Greene Talks about LOL

The 24-year-old star – who is best known for her role as vampire Alice Cullen in the ‘Twilight Saga’ movie series – admits she always enjoys the opportunity to join new films, including forthcoming comedy ‘LOL’ but is always “intimidated” before starting.
She said: “It has been equally terrifying and exhilarating. With ‘Twilight’ at least you are basically growing with this character. So doing something like ‘LOL’ that is a comedy, which I have never done before, with an incredible cast and a really great director was very intimidating.
“But I feel like if it wasn’t that way there would be a problem. Everything I do I am a little bit afraid of because I care about it and I want to do a great job. It’s a new territory and it’s uncharted.”
The Florida-born beauty portrays a character with the same first name as her in the movie – about a girl named Lola (Miley Cyrus) who is dumped by her boyfriend and begins a process of sexual awakening despite her mother (Demi Moore) struggling with a divorce – and she found the role hard because she is used to playing “super sweet” people.
She added to Collider.com: “In ‘LOL’ I play the kind of bad girl and that is something that I had never done before. I think it’s a lot easier to play the super sweet perky character because I relate more to that I think.
“So that was certainly a departure. I wanted to make sure that people and fans would respond to it. I wanted to make sure that she had reasons behind the way she was acting. So that was kind of a tricky film situation.”

Miley and Nicki Duet ??

Rumours have been surfacing on Twitter today, about an upcoming duet with Nicki Minaj on Miley’s upcoming album. However, this rumour is false, as of now. Miley expressed earlier this year how much she would love to duet with Nicki. However, Nicki is busy touring with Britney Spears on her Femme Fatale tour, so the chances of a duet has very slim chances. Thanks PermanentMiley!

Stevie Nicks loves Miley’s cover of Landslide

In a recent interview, Stevie Nicks – known for being part of Fleetwood Mac – was asked about Miley covering their song Landslide. She said:

Miley Cyrus covered Landslide on stage in Australia. Did you hear about that?
I know! Someone showed it to me on YouTube. It was really good. We were on the Oprah show together, me and Miley and Pat Benatar and Sheryl Crow and some others. Rock and roll girls. I met Miley and I thought she was really nice. She’s done a very sweet homage. I’m delighted to have someone her age doing that song.

Yesterday, the teen queen announced she will be joining the Starkey Hearing Foundation for a return visit to Haiti, where she will be bringing—get this—the gift of hearing!

"After I went on my first mission to Haiti with the Starkey Hearing Foundation, I felt so drawn to helping others hear for the first time and immediately wanted to look for another chance to go back and help again," Miley explained in her speech at the Starkey Hearing Foundation's So the World May Hear Awards Gala in Minneapolis on Wednesday.

“The Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco will host the 13th annual “Teen Choice Awards.”

One Republic and Selena Gomez & The Scene are slated to perform at the show.

Among the many stars set to attend the ceremony are Justin Bieber, Taylor Lautner, Kim Kardashian, Victoria Justice, Ashton Kutcher, Rebecca Black, Ashley Greene and Zooey Deschanel.

When Billy Ray Cyrus spoke with GQ Magazine about his daughter Miley Cyrus and his family life he received a lot of negative attention from the media. However, it turns out as controversial as his interview was, it helped his family in the long run. Here’s what Billy Ray revealed to Country Weekly:
I don’t know what would have happened had I not given that interview. I know that the things that I spoke about, that I was extremely worried about, are better now. I felt like something bad was going to happen, and trust me, I’d much rather it happen to me than to Miley. If I had to get up and get spanked [by the media] for speaking about something that concerned me as a father … I’d rather it happen to me than have to look at the result of something else happening that perhaps could have been far worse. We’re [he and his family] probably better off now than we’ve been in quite some time.”

'Im currently working on a few songs for an Album for 2o11 maybe. By 2012 i will be 20 so it will be a chance to show all my fans the adult me. So that would be a great time to bring out a new Album. So maybe for 2011 a EP or something. But i really have my heart set on showing all my fans the adult me in 2012. If i don’t get round to doing an Album in 2012 maybe something different.’
