Miley Cyrus looked every bit the perfect teen idol appearing at the People’s Choice Awards 2012 at Nokia Theatre LA Live, Los Angeles on January 11, 2012. The 19-year-old singer and actor was accompanied on the red carpet by boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. Taking a welcome break from her usual plunging neck numbers from Cavalli, Miley chose an experimental dress and the result was applaud worthy. The white structured knee length dress from David Koma‘s spring 2012 collection stoked visions of a space faring angel with its lever mesh paneling details and subtle color accents. The daring mesh neckline balanced her schoolgirl innocence and diva-esque charm. Metallic pink Jimmy Choo heels with pointed toe were a statement accent to the muted dress. The Hannah Montana star carried a Marchesa silver clutch and accessorized with Neil Lane studs, keeping it simple and chic. Her golden locks were swept over one shoulder in soft waves, and black nail color broke the monotony. She decided to go for neutral makeup, soft pink blush, coral lips and wing swept eye liner. It was a winning look, topped with an arm candy for a boyfriend!
