Miley Cyrus might have a new tattoo.
Yesterday (August 24th), Miley was seen leaving New York Bagel & Café in Los Angeles and fans noticed a new tattoo on Miley’s left wrist. The tattoo might be an “OM” symbol and apparently the symbol means oneness with the supreme combination of the physical and spiritual.
